How order changes, damaged or defective units, and change-of-mind returns are handled.

Before you order
Every unit is an original, pre-loved Sony PSP with an appearance rating around 6/10 — expect visible scratches, scuffs, and dents. This cosmetic wear is disclosed upfront and is not grounds for a return. All units are hand-tested and confirmed functional before shipping.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the return process below applies instead.
Damaged or non-functional on arrival
Inspect your unit as soon as it arrives. If it arrives physically damaged or does not power on / function as described, email photos or video of the unit and its packaging within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.
Change-of-mind returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the unit is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories (charger, battery, memory card). The buyer covers return shipping. A refund is issued after inspection, less the original outbound shipping cost.
What can't be returned
We cannot accept returns based on the disclosed cosmetic condition (scratches, dents, general wear consistent with a 6/10 appearance rating), units that have been opened for internal modification, units damaged after delivery, or requests made after the applicable window above.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect a returned unit, or after a damaged/defective claim is verified.
How to start a return
Email handleroneofficial@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID, the model and memory size you ordered, and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the process and, if applicable, return shipping instructions before you send anything back.
